Thackston 2 LP, is the second phase of Homes at Thackston Park.   This partnership was formed for the purpose of developing Thackston 2 LP, as a community affordable for low- and moderate-income families. York Housing Authority serves as the Management Agency for this community.

The development is located in the City of York, York County, PA 17401. The property is located within one mile of a grocery store.  Two farmers markets, a variety of retail establishments and restaurants are within six blocks.  A bus stop is within a block and a bus transfer station is within two blocks.  A local airport is within seven miles and a hospital is within one mile.

Thackston 2 LP consists of 50 townhome units for families.  Two are 1 bedroom accessible units (850 sq. feet), two are 2 bedroom accessible units (1100 sq. feet) and two are 3 bedroom accessible units (1450 sq. feet).   Two are 1 bedroom units (850 sq. feet), twelve are 2 bedroom units (1100 sq. feet),  twenty-four are 3 bedroom units (1450 sq. feet), four are 4 bedroom units (1650 sq. feet) and two are 5 bedroom units (1950 sq. feet)  There is a community room for residents of Phase 1 and Phase 2 to use. Other amenities include one and one-half baths, off-street parking, 24 hour emergency maintenance, supportive services, and community room with computer lab.  Homes at Thackston Park Phase 1 and 2 are Smoke Fee homes and Pet Free.

Thackston 2 LP is developed for General Occupancy, subject to the eligibility requirements stated within the Management Plan
