York Housing Authority manages three Low Income Tax Credit Properties in the York area.  They are Village Court Apartments, Waverly Court Apartments and Homes at Thackston Park.  Applications for these developments are separate from the Public Housing and Section 8 applications.

Thank you for your interest in our Afforadable Housing Properties.  All applications are accepted on line, with a new software.  When you click on the link below you will be directed to a secure site.

To apply for a Village Court Apartments, Waverly Court Apartments or Homes at Thackston Park  waiting list you will need to create an account.   Once you have click on Affordable Housing Application you will be directed to our new online application process.  On the next screen you will have choice to select one of the Affordable Housing Property wait lists to apply for.  For new applicants you will begin the process of setting up an account.  You will need to have an email address to create an account.  You will select that you do not have a registration code to move forward in creating an account.

You will need to REGISTER an account, this is FREE and will only take you a few minutes.  

You will need the following information:

A valid email address to create an account

Full Names of all Household Members

Date of Birth for all members

Social Security number for all household members

Income information for all household members 

Please do not complete a new application if  you already have an application on file for Village Court Apartments, Waverly Court Apartments or Homes at Thackston Park, you will receive a letter in the mail from York Housing Authority with a registration code.  This will allow you to set up an account.  Letters will be mailed in small amounts over the next few months.  You will then be able to update your application information.
