Pursuant to the York Housing Authority’s Procurement Policy, certain capital improvement solicitations may be issued and managed through the PENNBID electronic procurement platform. In addition, all public solicitations are advertised in the York Daily Record and the York Dispatch in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
The York Housing Authority’s public solicitation management process, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs), are conducted through open, fair, and transparent procedures. All qualified and responsible bidders are encouraged to submit responses when procurement opportunities are made available.
