LOW INCOME TAX CREDIT HOUSING

Village Court, Waverly Court and Homes @ Thackston Park and Thackston 2 are privately owned Affordable Housing Tax Credit Properties which are managed by York Housing Authority. Both Village Court, Waverly Court and Homes at Thackston Park  and Thackston 2 are an application wait list process and applications can be completed on line. All developments are pet fee and also smoke free.

You must meet the minimum income requirements listed below for each of these Developments to apply. If you are currently receiving Section 8 assistance you are not required to meet the minimum income guidelines. Each unit is tiered at a different minimum income level and also a maximum income level based on your family size.

VILLAGE COURT APARTMENTS

The development is located seven miles north of York in Dover Township, York County. Specifically, it is west of Carlisle Avenue (Route 74) off of Oakland Road.

WAVERLY COURT APARTMENTS

The development is located one mile east of York in Springettsbury Township, York County. Specifically, it is north of Market Street on Silver Spur Drive, bordered on the east by Canterbury Court Apartments, on the west by Eastgate Apartments, and on the north by Stony Brook Drive N. Streets within the development are Eastgate Drive, Waverly Court, Lawncrest Drive, and Valley Brook Drive.

HOMES AT THACKSTON PARK

The development is located in the City of York, York County, PA 17401. The property is located within one mile of a grocery store.  Two farmers markets, a variety of retail establishments and restaurants are within six blocks.  A bus stop is within a block and a bus transfer station is within two blocks.
