Waverly Court Apartments Associates, L.P., a limited partnership with Community Basics, Inc. and Creating Affordable Housing, Inc. as the general partners and Susquehanna Bank PA as the limited partner. This partnership was formed in 2004 for the purpose of developing Waverly Court at Eastgate as a community affordable for low- and moderate-income families. York Housing Authority serves as the Management Agency for this community.

The development is located one mile east of York in Springettsbury Township, York County. Specifically, it is north of Market Street on Silver Spur Drive, bordered on the east by Canterbury Court Apartments, on the west by Eastgate Apartments, and on the north by Stony Brook Drive N. Streets within the development are Eastgate Drive, Waverly Court, Lawncrest Drive, and Valley Brook Drive.

Waverly Court consists of 46 townhome units for families, 34 of which have two (2) bedrooms (903 sq. feet) and 12 of which have three (3) bedrooms (1,195 sq. feet). Some townhomes will be one story construction for families with a member of the household requiring physical accommodations. There is a larges community room with on site management. Other amenities include one and one-half baths, off-street parking, 24 hour emergency maintenance, supportive services, and community room with computer lab.  Waverly Court Apartments is a smoke fee and pet free development

Waverly Court is developed for General Occupancy, subject to the eligibility requirements stated within the Management Plan.
