Landlord News
The Housing Authority is asking for your cooperation as a Landlord participating in the Housing Choice Voucher/S8 program. Our Agency will now be accepting requests for rental increases however; we must ask that you keep to a minimum any requests to help defer our Agency’s need to terminate HAP contracts due to shortfalls in Housing Choice Voucher/S8 funding.
York Housing Authority has gone to a new software which requires a new log in for all Landlords. By now you should have receievd a letter outlining the log in process. If you have not please contact the Housing Choice Voucher/S8 department at 717-846-2601.

Smoke Detector Notice
Please be advised that when your inspection is done, all the smoke detectors must be in proper operating condition. If they are not, we will be required to do a 24 hours recheck inspection. If the repair is not corrected on this recheck, the Housing Authority rental share will be abated.
